Plant-based tacos and nachos for the win! So glad we discovered this place, delicious vegan options! My wife is a HUGE nacho fan; if it's an option, we're getting it. Trills nachos did not disappoint! They were actually one of my favorite nachos of all time! We had: -Cactus Jack -La Flame Nachos Man.. so tasty!!! (insert drooling emoji here) Overall great experience, nice dine-in space, excellent customer service, quick, fresh, & affordable food! COVID Notes -Indoor dining was available. -The order was effortless, quick, & accurate. -Excellent customer service, masks were required, staff wore masks and gloves. -No issues at all. Thank you, Trill Taco, for the fantastic Vegan Options!
This place is extremely consistent with the way they prepare their foods, with the level of customer service and it seems like it's getting better and better. y'all saw my other review so I'm not going to go too crazy this time but just take a look at the pictures and know you need to come here.
A different swag on your average tacos! Kinda reminds me of Velvet Taco with the different styles of tacos, yet still completely different. This Black & family owned establishment gives you some really good flavor food & drinks. Upon entering I was greeted by one of the owners, Sam, and I placed my order for the Bun B, the Stallion, & cannot forget the great Sweet Jones! I also ordered a daiquiri. I asked for their most popular, sweet one with a shot. Sam gave me a good mix, but, I can't recall the name of it. However, it was good & sweet & the shot was worth it. The Bun B was good. It's like your regular beef taco with the toppings on a flour tortilla. The Stallion is a steak taco and it was delicious. And the Sweet Jones!! This is for those of us that likes the sweet & savory taste. The folks that gets the Polynesian sauce with their nuggets. (If this is you add me so we can be friends!) So the Sweet Jones is a fried chicken tender covered in this sweet glazed, wrapped in a flour tortilla. I cannot wait to have that again!! Definitely hope they can get more locations in the city. But until then definitely give them a call. Right now their only doing takeouts.
Service was great for calling in a to go order and the food was ready at arrival. I am knocking off a star because we were not made aware if the costs to sub and make the tots vegan. I knew there would be a cost to sub but it was almost half the cost of the order to make the tots vegan. The food is good - the nachos were good as were the tots. The vegan taco was small and expensive for what it was but was good.
Simple, and omg super delicious! Definitely going back. I want to try something else but I also want the sane burrito I had lol might have to get two things next time.
